UK standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days once your order has been dispatched. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

How do pre-orders work?

Some Online Never Off products are released as pre-orders to secure your item before production is complete.

If an item is marked Pre-Order, your order will be manufactured and dispatched within the estimated timeframe shown on the product page. We'll keep you updated throughout the process via email.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they may be shipped together once your pre-order is ready, unless stated otherwise.

Will Founder's Edition be restocked?

No. Founder's Edition is a limited release and will not be restocked once sold out. When it's gone, it's gone.
